Details: Sprint Distance Triathlon

• Swim: 750m (15 laps Maties 50m pool)
• Cycle: 20km (Sport Science Department – Jonkershoek Nature Reserve Gate – Sport Science Department loop)
• Run: 5km (Bergpad / off road run)
